The 3310727.007 kit does Not have Instructions that come
with it. It is just a direct replacement
item. If yours was bad or failed you replace
it with kit 3310727.007.
The way to know if yours is bad , is it your
compressor won't start, or takes
a very long time to do so, the hard start needs
replacing.
If you see that the PTCR on top of the
capacitor is burnt then the whole Hard Start kit needs replacing.
If you replace the whole Hard Start and it burns out again
Compressor is Bad.
